Available appointments Tuesday October 21st - Saturday October 25th 2025

Please read the options carefully and if you are unsure of the proper service reach out to clarify, if you book an improper service, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments or we can not guarantee that we will have the time to complete your service once you arrive late.

Please note that due to a high volume of no show appointments, all bookings now require a 50% deposit in order for new clients to book in for services. New clients are anyone who has not been with us before or within the past calendar year. This must be made at the time of booking via credit card, etransfer or in person in order to secure your appointment time. If it is not received, the appointment will be removed. Due to this deposit policy, we do not make appointment via messenger or email.
As long as the appointment is cancelled within our requested window of 48 hours there is no charge or loss of deposit on the appointment. It remains refundable or transferable to the rescheduled appointment. After the 48 hour period there is a 50% fee charged at 24 hours, and 100% charged for any cancellations made after the 24 hour period.
If this window falls when we are closed we request that you please leave a message on our voicemail or appointments can be cancelled through the confirmation text messages.
If you cancel online and do not recieve an email confirming your cancellation you have not completed the cancellation your appointment.
All no showed appointments are subject to a 100% missed appointment fee and a 100% deposit in order to book any future appointments.

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality has placed NO PARKING covers on all the meters surrounding our business. Included is the ONLY accessible parking space.

There was no communication shared and we have, without success, tried all channels to ask why and how long these meters will be blocked from use.

Please add some time to your trip to our business to allow time to find alternative parking.
