Due to this deposit policy, we do not make appointment via messenger or email.
As long as the appointment is cancelled within our requested window of 48 hours there is no charge or loss of deposit on the appointment. After the 48 hour period there is a 50% fee charged at 24 hours, and 100% charged for any cancellations made after the 24 hour period.
