The winter months are known for making people feel more tired and less motivated in the winter.

Here are 5 simple ways to wipe out your winter woes:

1. Let in some light as soon as you wake up 🔅
2. Get a good night’s sleep, aim for about 8 hours! It’s tempting to go into hibernation mode when winter hits but if you sleep too much, you may feel even more sluggish during the day.
3. Exercise regularly to build energy and reduce early-evening fatigue! Skating, skiing, shovelling… all good ways to get your body moving through winter!
4. Remember to Relax! It’s always okay to take a break, just listen to your body!
5. Ensure you’re eating a balanced diet, otherwise your energy levels may be affected. 🥱
