Should focus on hitting your Marcos for weight loss instead of just calories because a lot of people worry about calories and try to eat anything and everything. if it fits calories are a must to work nope not a good approach at all cause you could be consuming all carbs and overeating and wondering why you are not losing weight so focus on hitting yourself protein and let everything else fall into place too.

โ˜๏ธ cardio is not a bad thing it is great for your โ™ฅ๏ธ it also burns calories but by doing cardio alone without some kind of resistance training you lose muscle too which then makes you weaker and as we age we want to keep as much muscle as possible cause no one wants to be weak

๐Ÿšซalso hit cardio is effective maybe do that 2 times a week combined with resistance training but hit cardio is hard on the joints and puts a lot of stress on the body do be careful with doing too much

๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช resistance training should be your bread ๐Ÿž and ๐Ÿงˆ butter of your fat loss journey don't need to go to the gym you use resistance bands and body weight to get started at home ๐Ÿ .

โ˜๏ธ but to lose fat you will need to get your nutrition in check because that is 70 % the other 30% is from resistance training and cardio.

โœ… use cardio as a tool ๐Ÿ”จ strength train 3 - 4 days per week and 2 to 3 days of cardio

โœ… here's a better tip if you hate the treadmill or other cardio machines try to get 8000 to 10000 steps ๐Ÿšถ in daily getting steps is so underrated I prob one best and easiest ways to burn calories Fitz's Fitness
