I'm spending my weekend learning SO much about how to safely treat folks who are going through cancer treatments or post treatment!

We have been learning about precautions, contraindications, and modifications!

I feel so much more confident about discussing treatments, performing treatments and collaborative care with medical teams.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out today for Flora's Walk!

Together, we are stronger!

Today we raised approximately 500$ for the to contribute to the Doula Access Fund.

Flora's Walk highlights the importance of recognizing and treating Postpartum Mood Disorders.

Our children AND our communities need for birthing parents to be supported, listened to and treated appropriately!

Let us hold Flora and her child in our hearts as we strive for change, care and compassion for all.

Winter is my most challenging season and I am doing my absolute best to protect my energy and my spark!
