The sauna will be hot this Sunday and it’ll be your first chance for a double length stay 🥵 you asked and we listened! There are a few spots left in both public sessions and if you grab a spot in each you’ll get more than double the time - two hour and a half sessions PLUS the usual half hour buffer between for a total of 3.5 hours of bliss ✨ grab spots while they last & melt away the weight of yet another snowy week ❄️

Our final weekend of our inaugural season will be May 1, 2, & 3rd! 🔥🪵 the sauna will be hot every weekend in March & April including two special events each month:
👯‍♀️ March 1st - a free session for women to kick off women’s history month
🌱 March 21 - Spring Equinox Steam & Dream
📚 April 18 - Real Hot Readers Chapter 3 in partnership with .books
🥣 April 26 - Sauna, Soundbath, & Meditation hosted by
And then we will end with a full final weekend with sessions on May 1, 2, & 3! All sessions are live on audresharbour.com and available for booking! Private sessions are available by request on additional days as well and are available for 1.5 or 3 hour bookings ✨

There is so much magic in this photo ✨

Hey friends it’s Clary 👋🏾As a Black Q***r women living in rural Cape Breton it’s often hard for me to feel a deep sense of community, that was until we hosted our free session for Black women at at the start of the February.

As the month is coming to a close in just a few days, we’re reflecting on the sessions we’ve hosted this month & this one was one of the extra special ones ✨

I am beyond grateful for all the folks who came out for this session, and got to experience the magic that is . We named the sauna after Audre Lorde, and as an ode to our name sake we offered this session, but also selfishly as a way for me to make more connections and community with this powerful group of women ✊🏾 African Heritage Month might be wrapping up, but Black women are incredible & deserving of joy and rest all year round ✨

We’re so grateful to get to host sessions like these in this incredible space. We meant to use this post to also spread the word about our free session for women happening this Sunday to kick off Women’s History Month - but y’all sold it out already! If you missed a spot for that session, we hope you’ll still join us for some rest and relaxation at the spa this Sunday or any other weekend in March 🌞❄️

The sauna will be hot on Sunday this weekend 🔥 the private session has already been snagged, and the free Women’s History Month session is sold out, but there are spots available in the 3 o’clock public session 🥵 🥶 😴 after what is proving to be a fairly sh*tty weather week we’ll all be ready to defrost come Sunday - so head over to audresharbour.com and reward yourself with some rest ✨

Hot 🔁 cold 🔁 rest & sip 🫖☕️ what an amazing way to spend a winter afternoon! Our first Sauna & Steep event as part of the line up was so lovely! provided us with a curated tea tasting menu (plus one to take home!) of 3 different teas - Earl of Lavender, Sea Glass, & key lime chamomile! Thank you to everyone who came out for a truly wonderful afternoon ❄️
