Good Year Jars

Let's talk about something that can truly change you day and your year one little note at a time.

Its a ritual thats simple but can truly change the way you see your day and your year. I call it the Good Year Jar.

Here's how it works
Pick a jar and place it somewhere in your home where you'll see it everyday, like your kitchen or living room.
Keep a notepad and pen nearby, every time something good happens big or small write it down with the date and drop it in the jar.

️ It could be anything, a compliment from a friend, finishing a project, coffee with a friend, paying off a bill or just surviving a really tough week.

Why it works
Throughout the year, when things feel stressful or overwhelming, glance at your jar. You'll be reminded that good things are happening, even on the rough days.

On Dec 31, New Year's Eve, open your jar and read the wonderful moments you collected over the year. Its an instant mood lift, and a way to enter the new year with positivity and gratitude instead of worry and dread.

Its a simple practice, but it shifts your focus from whats going wrong to whats going right.
