We’re excited to announce that Yin Yoga is now happening Wednesdays at 7:00 PM! Join Mel for an hour of stillness and deep relaxation as we explore the practice of Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a great practice that helps to improve flexibility and release tension, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and breath.

As we flow and breathe, let us reflect on the strength and resilience of those who came before us, and carry that spirit into our practice. May we always cherish the freedom we have and strive to create more compassion and understanding in the world.
