Hey Lakers!

Just wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself!

I'm Jessika. I own and operate Astra Bodyworks & Massage in Sylvan Lake.

My girls and I moved here last spring and it has been an amazing first year. Sylvan is such a beautiful place to live and we are proud to call it home.

That being said, I am a 2200HR R.M.T. specializing in deep tissue and pre-post natal massage treatments. I am also trained in spa/Relaxation, dynamic cupping and therapeutic massage.

I do like to combine breath and energy work into my treatments to help calm the body and mind, helping with things like anxiety, stress buildup in the body, sleep, gut issues and more.

I do also direct bill to all major insurance companies!
