If there is one thing I hope people get from investing in themselves via my skillset; it is trust. I may be eclectic, busy, and reserved but it should still shine brightly with ethos. 🙊

Am I perfect? No. Of course not. I make mistakes. But I don’t give up and when I see the vision I keep going! One thing I have learned is that nothing is linear and everything is fluid. Something doesn’t have everything but everything has something & with that I was on a mission!

Since 2019ish my passion has evolved from just Bowen Therapy and into finding as many products as I can that can help people and their nervous systems. I saw what was coming and I didn’t know how I was going to be part of the revolution but I was going to figure it out!

And here I am almost 5 years later closely knit with some of the top business leaders in the natural health industry! I am being mentored and lead in ways I never thought imagineable all the while learning how to do what I envisioned but had no darn experience to do it!

It is a simple system but it takes grit- as does most business.

I love Ethos Bowen Therapy & Massage. Ethos started as my baby chair massage company 20 years ago. I was on EI as a single mom with no co parent or child support.
But with tenacious love and care, I have nurtured it into the well established, stable, and reputable business that it has grown up into today.

I am so excited for where technology is taking the natural health industry & I am super proud to be a well trained professional in the industry helping lead the way!

It is time for us all to Rise Up! Rise Up! Rise Up! Find your passion & run with it! The world needs you.

It is out of the deep love, honour and respect I have for my dad that I would like to announce the passing of my beloved father Marvin in the first hours of Friday April 12,2024.

I send this with deepest care for those who I do not have contact info for or who I may somehow forget. —esp his hundreds of massage therapy clients, fellow musicians, Rotary Club Community & more

If you knew Marvin Milner, you knew a great great man of amazing stature whose life wish was to have made a difference in this world-
I dare say he far exceeded that wish beyond compare ….
