Wishing our Marissa Molly a Happy 20th Birthday today💞🎉This past year you travelled, graduated from college and boldly packed up everything that you could fit into your car to drive yourself to your new home in Kelowna. As much as we had hopes of you moving back to Sylvan one day we have to admit that Kelowna looks good on you. 😉

Keep being you Marissa, we love you so much and couldn’t be more proud of the woman you are today.

It was a special day celebrating our daughters achievements as she walked the stage at RDP today to receive her Diploma in Business.🎓We know she will continue to do amazing things in her life and without a doubt has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. (A little something we have seen in her since she was little). 💞

I really want to thank all of you for heading over to our Travel page on Insta & Facebook✈️Your support means so much to us! I’ve said before that I‘m not one to chase the “likes” but to be honest I know when you see a lot of likes, follows and especially reviews for a business page it truly helps our business grow. I know this because I spend a lot of my days reading reviews on hotels, etc. The more, the better quite often. You do have to watch for paid likes and followers though so this is where reviews are fantastic. If you have trouble finding the “reviews” tab on our page feel free to text or email us and let us know that you approve for it to be shared.

Our goal is not is not just to have 1000 + likes, followers or reviews just to have them. In fact to many this is a small number for a business page but to us it is significant.

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes yesterday💕44 means I‘m almost officially halfway to 50, crazy to think about but blessed to be here living this life. I loved the messages, hugs, cards, private texts, videos and phone calls from so many of you. Each of them were so much more than a birthday wish, they made me reflect back on when and where we met in life and the memories I have with you! Some go back to knowing you for my entire life and others I have been lucky enough to meet over this past year. All very special in their own unique way.

I have been busy reading my new book that arrived last night with my current little animal farm stuck to me.🙃At first I was feeling like OMG am I really ready a book about the second half of my life🤪🤣Hear me out though if you order this too! So far it was a bit hard to read at the beginning but now it’s getting to the juicy stuff. I want to share this part with you so you can get a feel of the purpose of this book, it really hit me here.

It’s a little weird sometimes getting older and seeing our kids get older too! My takeaway so far is that there is so much yet to come but it gets deeper and more rooted as we go. I find too that focusing on these wonderful ideas and inspirations move me away from focusing on things like wrinkles, the buzz word of menopause or other common fears that we feel. I simply begin to feel at peace with who I am, what I need and this day that is here right now.
