8 Weeks of Nervous System Reset & Body Mind Recovery
If you’ve been feeling that quiet tug inside — the one that whispers “it’s time to heal,” or “I can’t keep carrying this alone” — this message is for you.
My 8-week Grief Support + Recovery Program begins November 11th and runs until January 2nd, carrying us gently through the close of one year and into the next.
The reason I wanted to start before the holidays and carry it into the new year... as the time of year is getting cooler and darker... the holiday months can be hard for some. And that space in between Christmas and New Years ... is well... sometimes distorting. But also- a great time to keep self care and mental health healing tools in progress.
✨This is a sacred space for women who are ready to move through their grief with compassion — not to rush it, but to rewrite the story that pain has been telling.
Trust me, I've been through it with narcissistic abuse. The changes to all layers of my being was a slow, insidious 8 years. BUT.... Im on the otherside of it.
It is in no comparison the same as your struggles, your losses.... and a cheating partner is much different in comparison to losing a loved one. But it is all trauma on the nervous system. It wreaks havoc on your mental health, your senses and ability to be present. Panic attacks can creep in or the grief swells up at any unexpected time.
Everyone is going through difficult things. I wanted to create this for those who want to keep moving through it, help to process it, turn pain into purpose--- or have ways to just cope with it. Have things to reach for to STAY GROUNDED and be present with your body and get your life back.
You can get your shine and your true self back.
Each week, we’ll gather together for two live classes (Mondays + Fridays) to open and close the week with grounding, reflection, and renewal. You’ll also receive private one-on-one session check ins with me for deeper personal support. (Include Reiki, Bodytalk, Readings & Energy/Mental Block clearings etc.)
There will also be guest speakers and practitioners on LIVE to share tools and stories about moving through their grief.
Inside our sessions, we’ll explore:
✨ Somatic and nervous system healing
✨ Gentle yoga, meditation, and breathwork
✨ Story-sharing and journaling
✨ Rewriting old narratives
✨ Tools for grounding, self-regulation, and coming home to your body
You don’t need to turn your camera on or share if you’re not ready. You can simply be — from the comfort of your home, surrounded by others walking this same path of rediscovery.
