INNER WOLF AKASHIC …. A new name that is being born into all of my spaces, starting here.

Why INNER WOLF AKASHIC?

Because The wolf within me is awakening once more.
I have known her since I was a child.

She often visits for long periods and then disappears within. She rises to guide me, protect me and to remind me of my gifts.
comes to show me the DIRECTION of my walk.

I have missed her… I have always trusted her loyalty, and have known that when it is the right moment I would feel her again.

She is back!

Awakening IN me and awakening ME.

Everywhere I turn spirit is reminding me to see her. To open my eyes inward to meet her gaze.

Synchonistic moments, signs, mention of wolves… every day I am hearing the nudges to go within and meet her once more.

And so I do.

And it feels beautiful and right that the work I am building for myself and for you all…. Is guided by my inner wolf.

And so it is.

I am in the process of creation and deep in DEVOTION to:

Spirit
Myself
My Family
My mission
My gifts

I am feeling an awaken

I am deep in trust with myself again and it feels so so good.

First I had to release some layers holding energy that was holding me back…

I’m done with the energy of:
playing small
Living for others
Hiding
Pleasing
Procrastinating
Letting my programming define me

I asked my inner circle to declare what they are now done with so I can witness it.

I’m sending out prayers for support to them to release these energies…

Have you ever been hovering in a liminal space, with a deep knowing that something BIG is coming in?

I am sure you have.

I am there now. Suspended. Feeling into it… but waiting for “IT” to arrive. I KNOW it’s big. There is change coming. It is related to my work and business but I don’t know what IT is.

➡️Here are the 3 of the MANY practices that I am doing to PREPARE:

1️⃣CREATING SPACE. We have to have room available. In our life and business.

For me, this looks like finishing up anything that is taking up my time and thought energy… like organizing and filing my taxes, getting my house organized, creating systems to help me manage life tasks.

2️⃣SEEKING SUPPORT: When we know something is about to come in through us, whether it be with our business, work, offerings, gifts, life… Sometimes it is helpful to seek support to prepare.

I am researching business coaches and mentorship because I want to be able to activate, and channel what is coming into something that I can offer to others. I want to harness the energy into a useable path that will get to those who can benefit.

3️⃣CLEAR & EXPAND: When you sense that something big is about to change for the positive… open your channels and be sure that limiting beliefs and negative thoughts do not block you from receiving. Expand your capacity, regulate and train your nervous system to hold the NEW big energy.

I can feel that what is coming is going to be life altering.

So the moment I feel unworthy of it, I BREATHE and MOVE the negative thought energy out of my body.

I am working on expanding the capacity of my nervous system by training it to be safe with BIG energy. The moment I have doubt come up I am shifting the thought to a positive energy and clearing the negativity from my body. I don’t want any stickiness inside.

This week was a beautiful turn out for a little exploration of our inner landscape as we used breath and attention to create ancient shapes in the body to cultivate strength… and then we settled into deep stillness and used Reiki to help balance the system.

There are so many reasons to visit Uvita, Costa Rica! The beaches, waterfalls, the clean water, the incredible kind culture, the beauty, the adventure…

Casa Colibri is the first step of the manifestation of a dream for our family. It’s a beautiful house that will be the perfect launch pad for people’s adventures and a place to visit as we continue to build up to a jungle villa!

We just spent a couple weeks getting it all set up for guests!
