NADA Ear Acupuncture 🌿
(Acu-Detox Protocol)

NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) ear acupuncture is a gentle, evidence-informed protocol used to support people experiencing addiction, stress, and trauma.

How NADA may help:

What to expect
Up to five small, sterile, single-use needles are gently placed into specific points on each ear.

Developed in the 1970s at Lincoln Memorial Hospital in New York, NADA is now used internationally in community, clinical, and correctional settings.

Studies show improvements in depression, anxiety, anger, and grief, along with better concentration, increased energy, and fewer physical aches and pains.

The NADA protocol is most effective when used alongside supportive treatment programs such as counselling, education, support groups, and appropriate medical care.
