Today’s workout was focused on core and plyometric training!
I include this form of training for any clients who are athletes, intermediate to advanced exercisers, weight-loss clients who are ready for higher-intensity work, or sometimes busy clients who need efficient sessions!
I do not recommend plyometric training for clients who are complete beginners, have joint pain or past injuries, poor balance, or if you’re in a caloric deficit with high fatigue.
