Oral Health Tip Thursday: “How can I make my mouth healthy again?”

1. Use a Fluoride Toothpaste
Fluoride helps strengthen tooth enamel, which is the hard, translucent substance that protects your teeth, whilst helping to prevent cavities. Fluoride also helps speed up remineralisation, returning minerals into the enamel layer, as well as disrupting acid production in teeth in both adults and children.

Say hello to Michelle, our superstar Registered Dental Assistant. With nearly 30 years of experience and a knack for calming even the most anxious patients, Michelle is the person you want by your side when it’s time to face the dentist’s chair. She joined our office a year ago and fit right in like the missing puzzle piece we didn’t know we needed.

Michelle is more than just an amazing assistant—she’s a ray of sunshine who goes above and beyond for every patient and teammate. Whether she’s lending a hand, learning the latest dental technology or just flashing her warm smile, Michelle brings her A-game every day.

When she’s not saving the world one tooth at a time, Michelle is out fishing, camping, gardening or “rock-hounding” with her husband, Mike, and their blended family of four kids and twin grandsons. If it’s outdoors, she’s probably there—and she’s probably found an arrowhead to prove it!
