What an amazing end to this kickboxing session! 🥊🔥

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed hard, and finished strong - I’m so proud of each one of you. Your progress, your commitment and the energy you bring into that gym is the reason I love what I do.

I’ll be taking a short break from teaching as I shift my focus into preparing for a fight in the spring. I’m currently waiting for my match and I want to give it everything I’ve got - mentally and physically.

Thank you again for an incredible session. Keep moving, keep practicing and keep believing in what your body and mind can do. I’ll be back - stronger, sharper and ready for the next round. 💪🔥🥊
