I am changing.✨
We are all in a state of continual evolution. Each life experience brings us to the next. We develop new perspectives, new eyes to see, new ways to be. It can be a beautiful process just like the butterfly who transforms from it's cocoon. We unfold new stories every day. Looking at the process we can become clear on those who offer love and support and those who create an environment of unsafety where we can never truly become, or evolve, or truly be free. "I am no longer changing myself for others" we do not have to fit into a box, a category, or a label. We can be exactly as we are, and exactly who we are becoming. This is such a loving genuine gift that we can offer to ourselves and to others.

Life's meaning. I truly believe this. We were made to play, to be curious, to find joy. Children are beautiful examples, naturally discovering magic in crevices we have long forgotten. Watch a childs face for a few moments and see your inner child rise to the surface. This can be a great mindfulness practice helping us dive deep into our being. As always lead it with love and kindness towards yourself. Namaste you beautiful people
