Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls, including wave drums and chimes. Healing frequencies can help calm the nervous system for a stress-free state.

Please bring a blanket(s), cushions, a pillow, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. You will be laying or sitting for this event and you can bring items to make yourself more comfortable. You may also use a gravity chair. The sound session will be approximately 1 hour.

Please come 15 min early to allow time to set up and be ready for a 7pm start.

Price: $30.00 +gst

Foundational Wellness offers BioEnergetic body balances which help remove the energetic blockages in the body through specific reflex points and acupressure points. Services also offered are primal infant reflex integration and wellness coaching for optimal stress-free living!
