There is always enough time for you to be nurtured. Imagine that your primary goal in life is to take care of this beautiful vessel you have been given. Your time and comfort during this physical journey will be determined based on how grateful and respectful you are for what you have now.

At the end of the day you alone are responsible for your state of being. If you feel unwell in your vessel how can you provide opportunities for wellness?

No one else is going to swoop in and provide this for you. And you cannot fill your cup by pouring only into others.

How can you show up for YOU today and everyday to provide even your most basic needs?

We often take for granted how vital the basics are such as hydration, sleep, and nutrition. Are you checking all of these boxes for yourself? This will assist you in bringing the balance you may desperately be needing right now.
