What I do on my day off??
Take advantage of an opening in our laser schedule of course!
Real life example of how it’s used:
Started feeling pain in my upper arm with certain arm movements, worse after walking a crying baby to sleep 🙃
Likely given myself tendonitis 🥲
The fix:
low-level laser therapy twice a week combined with exercise and a few adjustments!
Which exercises you ask?:
- Farmers carry
- Superman or bent over fly’s in ‘Y-T-W’
- Lat pull downs
- towel shoulder mobility stretch
- pec stretches
Adjustments for the shoulder???
Yes! And the wrist and the elbow and the neck!
Expected recovery time??:
3-4 weeks with consistency of the above and not re-aggravating 🥰 (for this specific example, this will differ for those with more chronic or severe pain)
