Now offering GUA SHA treatments

Gua sha is a technique from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that involves using a smooth-edged instrument to stroke or scrape the skin. A massage therapist can incorporate gua sha by applying oil to the skin and using a smooth-edged tool to scrape targeted areas of the body, promoting circulation, lymphatic drainage, and the release of muscle tension and fascial adhesions.

Gua sha can be used within any massage treatment to facilitate treatment goals or as a stand alone massage. Speak with your Massage Therapist to determine what approach is best for you!

Appointment times are booking very quickly. Please book ahead where possible so that you get a treatment within the time frame you need. More dates will be added to the calendar in the near future, so be sure to check back.

Cancellations are inevitable. Please give plenty of notice if you need to cancel, as there are clients on a waitlist looking for a treatment times.
