I believe that living authentically is the only option, and that the most crucial task in life is to discover who we are. I offer soul-based healing using a Japanese healing technique called Reiki. Every session ends with a discussion revealing messages your body has for you in regards to obtaining optimal health, and returning to your true self.

We don’t follow a calling because it’s easy, we choose it because something inside of us says go this way, and we are brave enough to listen.

When you ask for a bigger life, when you desire to say yes to that inner ache and calling, the cost is often where most of us get stuck.

We ask, “What if I’m judged?”, “What if I don’t have what it takes?”, “What if this hurts too much?”

Everyone wants the oil, but few are willing to be crushed by it.

Your legacy is forged in the making of you, it is the medicine that is drawn out of you when you fully endure an experience. God will allow you to be brought to your knees, you will be emptied before you are lifted because your purpose cannot be carried out by pride. It is not what you build or what you make that people remember, it is your courage to say yes to the calling that leaves the impression. To hold so much faith in the unseen, to dwell in the light, and to remain soft when life tries to harden you. Your offering is the essence of you, that is your true legacy.

The process of getting there is the quality of being there. What this means is, if you want something more like money, a new car, a job opportunity, you must ask yourself what feeling that thing will give you. Whatever feeling you want more of, like feeling secure, peaceful, alive, etc commit to doing more activities that will give you that feeling. Because doing the things that already give you that feeling will make you more magnetic to what it is you are trying to manifest or call in.
