As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude. It’s an honour to walk alongside you on your journey — through your challenges, growth, and healing. Thank you for trusting me with your stories, your struggles, and your hopes.

I know this season can be joyful for some and difficult for others. Wherever you find yourself this Christmas, I hope you can offer yourself kindness and compassion. May you find moments of peace, connection, and rest.

With love and gratitude,
Lisa💓🙏🏻🎄

On this Winter Solstice, the longest night and shortest day of the year, we’re reminded of the beauty in stillness and the power of letting go. 🌙✨

This is a time to rest, reflect, and make space for new beginnings. As the light slowly returns, may we embrace the possibility of growth and renewal.

Here’s to honoring the quiet and trusting the journey ahead. ❄️

🎄 Grieving During the Holidays 💔
The holiday season can be a magical time, but for those grieving, it can also be incredibly painful. Christmas songs, decorations, and gatherings can amplify the absence of loved ones we’ve lost. It’s okay if your holidays don’t look or feel “merry” this year. Please be gentle with yourself and remember:

• Honor their memory: Light a candle, hang a special ornament, or share stories.
• Set boundaries: It’s okay to say no to events that feel overwhelming.
• Lean on support: Reach out to friends, family, or a support group if you need a listening ear.
• Be kind to yourself: Grief isn’t linear, and it’s okay to feel joy and sadness at the same time.

If you’re struggling this season, you are not alone. You are loved, you are remembered, and know your feelings are valid.

Sending so much love and light to anyone grieving this Christmas. 💫❤️

PSYCHOLOGY FACT:
Anxious overthinkers don’t want constant reassurance. They want consistent behavior so their brain can finally stop predicting danger.

And the truth is, overthinkers aren’t “dramatic,” “too much,” or “hard to love.” They’re people whose minds have learned, usually due to trauma, to prepare for the worst because at some point, the worst actually happened. They read patterns, notice every shift in tone, every delayed reply, every small change—because their brain is trained to protect them before anything can hurt again.

What they truly crave isn’t endless reminders that everything is okay. They want actions that match words, energy that stays steady, and a connection that doesn’t make them feel like they’re always one mistake away from losing it. They want to feel safe enough to relax, to trust, to stop overanalyzing every breath.

Consistency is their love language—not out of neediness, but out of self-preservation. And once they feel secure, they love with a level of depth, loyalty, and understanding that not everyone is capable of giving.

With my 60th birthday fast approaching, I find these words ring true. There is no resistance or denial, only quiet acceptance and a readiness to embrace this next decade of my life☺️
______________

I used to fear ‘growing old’, but lately this fear has faded, and been replaced by a gentle acceptance of time’s passage.
The inner self remains vibrant, seasoned with wisdom gained over time. The outward changes are subtle, a slow progression, unnoticed until reflected upon.
And a newfound contentment settles in, a release from the need for constant connection and external validation. Self-acceptance blooms, a quiet joy in the chosen path.
Relationships become fewer, deeper, held lightly with respect for individual freedom. Love and loss have clarified priorities, leaving space only for those who ignite the spirit.
Age isn’t a finish line; it’s more like a starting point for new adventures.
There’s no magic number we hit to suddenly become “old.” Instead, life feels like a dance, a continuous dream filled with possibilities.
Each day unfolds with the promise of blessings, and an open heart helps us catch them.
Even with the passing years, a sense of wonder prevails, making this journey a truly beautiful and cherished experience ..

On December 4, the night sky will light up with something truly magical — the Cold Moon, the final full moon of the year. 🌕❄️✨

Spiritually, the Cold Moon is seen as a symbol of reflection and renewal. It invites us to pause, look inward, and release everything we don’t want to carry into the new year. It’s a reminder that even in the coldest season, light still finds a way to glow.

On this day of the Full Cold Moon, step outside for a moment.
Look up. Let the Cold Moon remind you of endings, beginnings, and the quiet beauty of winter’s stillness. ❄️💫🌕

This is so powerful and so true. If you work with me, you know how much I talk about conditioned self-abandonment. Happy Sunday to all. I hope you find time to care for you today too🙏🏻💞

The End of Self-Abandonment

You didn’t walk away from yourself by choice.
You were conditioned to.

Conditioned to silence your needs so you wouldn’t upset anyone.
To dim your light so others could shine.
To hold your pain quietly, because speaking it made people uncomfortable.
You learned that love meant pleasing.
That safety meant disappearing.
That being “good” meant being small.

But here’s the truth: you were never meant to disappear in order to be loved.

And you don’t have to keep living in survival mode anymore.

Now, you’re learning to stay.
To stay with yourself when the old panic rises.
To sit with the fear instead of fleeing.
To feel the sadness instead of numbing it.
To say what you need, even when it’s hard and scary.
To hold yourself with the same tenderness you once begged others for.

This is what healing really looks like.
Not perfection. Not endless positivity.
But presence, quiet, steady, sacred presence, with the parts of you that were never allowed to exist.

You’re not broken.

No more hiding.
No more betraying the truth of who you are just to belong.

This is the end of self-abandonment.
And the beginning of your homecoming,
back to the version of you that was never truly lost,
only waiting to be remembered.
