This simple flow using Cobra → Child’s Pose helps open up the front of your body while gently releasing tension through your back.

Cobra helps extend the spine and counteracts the effects of prolonged sitting, while Child’s Pose allows your back muscles to relax, lengthen, and reset.

Slow movements, steady breathing, and a few mindful minutes can make a bigger difference than you think.

It’s something we hear all the time: “I think I just have vertigo.”

But vertigo isn’t just random dizziness. It often happens because your inner ear, the part that helps control balance, is sending mixed signals to your brain.

Simple movements like turning your head quickly, rolling in bed, looking up, bending down, or standing up too fast can trigger that sudden spinning feeling.
It can feel intense and frustrating, especially when it seems to happen out of nowhere.

The good news? You don’t have to just wait for it to pass. 🙌

Specific repositioning techniques, guided vestibular exercises, and targeted physiotherapy can help restore your balance system and reduce those symptoms. 💙

I wish more people knew… tight hamstrings aren’t always a flexibility problem.

Sometimes, it’s a control problem.

When your system isn’t working well:
❌ Hamstrings overwork and feel tight
❌ Glutes don’t “turn on” the way they should
❌ Knees take more load than they need to

Your glutes, hamstrings, and core are meant to work together 🤝

That’s why exercises like the hamstring curl + bridge on a yoga ball matter, they train strength, stability, and coordination all at once 💪

Not just isolating muscles, but teaching them to work as a team.

💡 I wish more people knew… flare-ups are totally normal during recovery!

A flare-up doesn’t mean you’ve re-injured yourself ❌
It doesn’t mean your rehab isn’t working ❌
And it doesn’t mean you’re back to square one ❌

Most flare-ups happen because your body was asked to do a bit more than it was ready for yet. It’s all part of building strength, tolerance, and getting your body back to where it needs to be 💪

Frustrating? Yes. But it’s also a sign you’re progressing, not failing.
