INTRODUCING MAT PILATES at IYOGASTUDIOS!

We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new addition to our class lineup: Mat Pilates, at iYogaStudios!

What is Mat Pilates?

Mat Pilates is a core-focused, low-impact workout performed on a mat, designed to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Pilates emphasizes controlled, repetitive movements that target specific muscle groups—especially the core—making it a perfect complement to your yoga practice.

We do offer a warm on Sundays and Wednesday mornings. Hot on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. We have a special right now… drop ins are only 10$!!!! Come check us out! We offer a ton of classes! Yoga, Pilates, weight classes etc

Exotic Thai Chicken Meatballs in Silky Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
For the peanut sauce, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
Serve meatballs with peanut sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes

iyogastudios is a beautiful boutique studio,newly renovated. We offer HOT and WARM yoga using the latest Far Infrared Heating Panels. The Far Infrared Heating is known to be very healing and enhances circulation to the skin and all vital organs, muscles and bones. It’s been known to help ease arthritis pain, whiplash and fibromyalgia,reducing chronic pain. It protects against oxidize stress and helps to relieve inflammation. As we practice we release toxins through perspiration, creating a stronger immune system. We offer gentle to advanced classes here at the studio. But what sets us apart from the rest? We limit our class sizes to give you ample space to practice and we know your name! Our MISSION is to provide students with the most well rounded experience. Our one of a kind,inspirational teachers utilize heat,music and their extensive knowledge of the human body and yogic backgrounds, to guide yogi’s through a challenging and meditative practice. Designed to strengthen the mind,body and soul. Each teacher is unique and provides a different vibe. At our core,we believe its all about CONNECTION, to each other and to ourselves.
