One of the hardest decisions I have had to make.
Believe Yoga studio will be closing the doors.
Last day March 28 2025
I know this is home to many wonderful inspiring students it’s also home to a group of loving and supportive teachers.
I want to thank everyone who has supported us over the years and made our studio home.
I had the pleasure of sharing this story with some incredible teachers who will always hold a very special place in my heart.
Not only have they taught me to be a better teacher but they have shown me the difference between being an instructor and a teacher through their wisdom and knowledge.
I will be forever grateful for the opportunity and for all the kindness and love they have given me.

Classes include meditation, yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness practices, and end with relaxation, with an emphasis on empowering children with tools on how to increase self-esteem, manage stress and promote inner peace, in a fun space

4 weeks Sundays @11:15-12:15

Feb 2 , 16, 23 and March 2
No class on Feb 9 (Superbowl)

Everyone has had set backs in their physical bodies.
This picture reminds me of that.
It always reminds me that yoga has healed my body from injuries and surgeries.
The first 2 pictures were taken after a knee surgery.
Bottom picture is me today.
I was in so much pain but i was determined to get back to my practice.
I started slow and I use my crutches for support until my body could support itself.

Don’t give up.
