Please note Dr. Montag will be closed on August 15th but is in office Saturday August 16th.

Reminder Dr. Montag is out of office and unavailable from July 4th until the 14th. There are only a few appointments for subsequent visits remaining for next week. To join the wait list for an appointment you can do so online or by contacting the clinic at 647-631-7224.
