🌟 Fundraiser Yoga Series for Kulspai Driving School 🌟 at Heal Yoga – Terrace, BC

We’re proud to support the K5T Kulspai Driving School, a powerful initiative helping young Indigenous community members obtain their driver’s licenses — opening doors to independence, mobility, and opportunity. 🚗✨

Join Claire & Makailey for a 3-part community Vinyasa flow series, happening on the first Saturday of each month: July through September.

👉 The first class is THIS Saturday, July 5 — come move for a great cause!

These all-levels classes are offered by donation, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Kulspai Driving School.

We'll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle warm-ups, flow through energizing and restorative movement, and close with a calming meditation.

We’re welcoming the heart of summer with fresh offerings, community vibes, and lots of ways to connect — indoors and out. 🌿🧘‍♀️

✨ NEW: FREE Yoga in the Park!
In collaboration with the City of Terrace, we're excited to offer summer yoga in the park. Join us every Tuesday from 12–1 PM in July & August at George Little Park for an all-levels yoga class. No need to sign up — just show up! It’s the perfect midday reset — accessible, grounding, and open to all.

FREE Yoga in the Park
Join HEAL YOGA and the City of Terrace for Free Yoga in the Park! Breathe, stretch, and connect with your community this summer. Enjoy refreshing outdoor yoga sessions led by certified instructors. Just bring your mat and a water bottle.

Dates: Tuesdays, July 8 – August 26 (8 weeks)
Time: 12:00–1:00 PM
Location: George Little Park
Price: FREE. No registration required.

☀️ Summer is the season of brightness, expansion, and vitality-but too much fire can leave us overheated, overstimulated and emotionally exhausted.

🦋Join Ishvari for a deeply restorative 2 hour session to cool the inner fire, support the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner well of clarity. Through yin yoga, guided acupressure, optional massage and experiential learning as you are invited to explore the art of resilience.

This practice is rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where summer is ruled by the fire element and the heart spirit-the shen. When fire blazes too hot, we often lose our sense of center and can get carried away by emotional whims. At the peak of the season, this is your invitation to slow down, feel deeply, and restore balance from within.

No experience necessary. All bodies welcome.

“Balance isn’t just something we find on the mat—it’s something we remember in nature.”

God is everywhere, yes—but out here, it’s easier to feel the presence. To slow down. To breathe deeper. To come back to ourselves.

🌸 Spring into balance with our Mommy & Me: Rebalance class! 🌞 As the sun starts shining and the days get longer, it’s the perfect time to reconnect, refresh, and recharge. This class, taught by Virginia—a certified postnatal yoga teacher—focuses on core and pelvic floor strength, breathwork rebalancing, and gentle stretching 💖

Join us each Tuesday in March, from 10:00-11:15 AM, to nurture your body, mind, and spirit while bonding with your little one. Babies up to crawling are welcome, and postnatal parents without babies are also invited to join in! 🌿✨
