I have always had a great love for orchids! Because they are so three-dimensional, it can be challenging to capture a good photo of them, but I’ve never stopped trying! When I got home from my long hospital stay a couple years ago, I was given a couple new orchids. Then a friend of mine taught me how to care for them and since then, I have had one or the other blooming constantly. Now BOTH of them are budding at the same time! 😁😁 The simple things in life can make me do a happy dance!

🔥 Just when I thought sourdough couldn’t get any better… enter Sourdough Croissant Bread 🥐🍞

I’ve been experimenting lately (thanks to discovering the poolish method), but this latest bake took things to a whole new level. Flaky, buttery bread with that classic sourdough tang—hands down the best sourdough I’ve ever made or tasted!
