Classes only, self-directed is temporarily on hold until we find a new location/extended hours

I’d like to keep checking out potential locations for self-directed gym. I have kept the majority of my equipment with this in mind, and I have advertised the equipment I don’t plan on using anymore in Marketplace.

Many of the places I have looked at require extensive work or they’re $30+/sq ft. I plan on following up with the one potential spot that was undergoing zoning changes when I looked at it. I’ll post here if we find a suitable location 🤞🏼

We’re offering private group classes customized for your group, whether you’re a team, youth group or even smaller groups of training buddies, we can customize classes to suit your needs. And we have some flexibility with times that will work for your group.

We have classes available for a wide age range and scale/modify accordingly to be inclusive of all abilities.

*we’ve added a 7pm class on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 8 until April 28. If there’s enough interest, we can look at adding it to our schedule.

My surgeon reminded me of the reason we did the surgery in the first place, so I could get back to doing this. While the wall climbing, rings, mma stuff will be on hold (for me) for a while longer, I will continue to do what I can, easing back into it all, progressively loading. Fortunately at the age of 54, I know my limits, I am in competition with nobody but myself and I am grateful to be working out again, it just feels good to be back ❤️

Let’s Move classes are geared for people like me, reintegrating into fitness, for people who are just starting their journey and for the fitness enthusiasts who are looking for something new (to them), something different. Everything we do can be scaled, modified and adjusted for all fitness levels.

BUNGEE FITNESS PRIVATE GROUP RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE where cardio + resistance = 🤩 www.maxxedoutfitness.net Not recommended for anyone who’s pregnant, post surgery without your dr’s approval or if you have back/neck issues, hernias, etc. Bungee cords are weight rated up to 220lbs, 240lbs (limited amount).*running shoes are required**we recommend you wear snug pants/crops with a tshirt or tank top, no underwire in bras. Shorts and baggy sweats will likely be very uncomfortable. Please message or email maxxedout@telus.net if you have any questions or want to book your group class.

Here are some updates 🙂

1). I thought I’d try a new online booking/payment processing system for our classes that start April 1. What a learning experience that’s been lol. I’m waiting for a returned call from Mindbody, we’ll just use them again. Link to follow shortly. The unlimited monthly pass sale @ $135 is extended to March 31!

Sorry to those of you who messaged me about the issues you experienced with the current booking system we set up (and will be disabling) and thank you for letting me know. As always, you’re welcome to message or email maxxedout@telus.net to buy yours. We accept etransfer, visa, mastercard, cash and debit. I hope to see you in class!

2). Bungee fitness public classes are temporarily closing at the end of April. We may extend it to the end of May. Currently I still cannot do demos because I cannot harness up just yet (post surgery). There’s a LOT of core work involved and unfortunately, that could cause problems for me physically. The idea of another similar surgery makes me cringe so I am playing it safe and focussing on what I actually can do.
