The Terrace Yoga Studio was created to provide a community yoga space. This space is a place for all students and teachers to come together for all types of yoga. Be it a physical practice, meditation, discussion, history and theory - the space will encourage the cultivation of mindfulness, self-care and a connection with others.

Kathy has been a pillar at Evolve Studio since the day we opened. She shows up with fire in her legs, joy in her heart, and a smile that lifts the whole room. Her dedication, growth, and unwavering energy inspire us every single class.

Now she’s cruising toward her 100th class, and we couldn’t be more proud or more grateful to have her in our Evolve family.

Emily has been showing up, grinding hard, and bringing all the energy as a regular at Evolve and now she’s stepping up to the podium! 🔥 We’ve seen her strength, spirit, and unstoppable drive on the bike, and we know she’s going to crush it as an instructor!

✨ Meet Samara — Our Newest Member of the Evolve Team!

We’re so excited to welcome Samara to the Evolve family!

She’s recently made the move up to beautiful Northern BC and brings with her a ton of experience — from teaching Spin and Pilates to keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.

You’ll be seeing her friendly face at the front desk a few times a week and catching her energy in a variety of classes on the schedule! 🚴‍♀️🧘‍♀️
