If it is important for you to only have encounters with vaccinated individuals, please inform us when making your appointment so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you.”

Kitimat Fusion Eyecare is hiring!

Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with people?
Fusion Eyecare has a part-time position available for an optometric assistant at our clinic in Kitimat. We are looking for an organized and outgoing individual with a sense of humor who:

-has a positive outlook, and is kind and helpful towards others
-has good computer and mathematics skills
-has flexibility
-is eager to learn
-is detail-oriented
-is calm and focused under pressure.
-a multi tasker

This position is part-time, with a generous benefits package, and could lead to a career as a Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant in our fast paced professional office. No previous optical experience is necessary; we will train the right person!

Entry-level wage begins at $21.75 with opportunities to increase.

Your responsibilities will begin with doing the preliminary testing for the doctors and eventually lead into front desk reception and then cross-trained in other areas.
