Tropical Mango, Berry, and Spinach Smoothie Trio

Ingredients:

Mango Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Honey (optional)

Berry Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Spinach & Kiwi Smoothie:
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 banana

Instructions:

1. For each smoothie, blend the listed ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour the mango smoothie into the first glass and garnish with a mango slice and mint leaves.

3. Pour the berry smoothie into the second glass and top with fresh blueberries and flaxseeds.

4. Pour the spinach kiwi smoothie into the third glass and garnish with kiwi slices and chia seeds.
