Today we gather as a community to celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day. As we acknowledge our awareness of the harms of the past, we reflect on and honour Indigenous wisdom, traditions, and culture. We take this day to share and celebrate the achievements of the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples across Canada.
