Interesting take 🧠

Somewhere along the way, therapists were taught that caring deeply means charging less. That wanting to be paid well somehow takes away from the integrity of the work.

Meanwhile, other professions charge premium rates without questioning their ethics for a second.

Here’s what I know after years in this field and building a group practice.

You cannot pour presence, regulation, and emotional labor into your work week after week if your own nervous system is constantly stressed about money.

Fair pricing doesn’t make you less compassionate.

It allows you to stay grounded, focused, and in this work for the long haul. 💙
