Honestly, though, all pettiness aside: have you considered just releasing that person who is robbing your joy and disturbing your peace?

Maybe you feel like you can’t because they depend on you, or worse, you depend on them.

Maybe you have established an unhealthy emotional attachment to them that makes you afraid to let them go.

Maybe you’ve decided their joy and comfort is more important than your own.

Whether it is, you’re invited to re-evaluate it today. Ask yourself:

✨ How would my life be different if I didn’t have this person in it anymore?

✨ What could I do with my time if I wasn’t constantly worried or concerned over this person?

✨ What am I missing out on by allowing this person to take up so much of my energy?

You may find that saying Goodbye feels a lot easier when you realize all the things you could say Hello to when it’s done.
