We hope this message finds you well.
As many of you know, we’ve been using an online booking
system for appointments for over a year now and we’ve found it
to be both user-friendly and effective. To help us serve you
better, we kindly ask that, whenever possible, you use the online
booking system to schedule your appointments before calling
the office.
Please go to our website www.clarksburgmedicalgroup.com and click the MORE tab at the top and select BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to find an appointment time online, please don’t
hesitate to reach out to our office, and we will be happy to assist
you.
If you need to call the office to book an appointment, and you’re
asked to leave a voicemail, please be assured that we will return
your call in the order it was received. Our goal is to respond to all
messages within 20 minutes. We kindly request that you leave a
message, as we cannot return calls if no message is left.
Additionally, calling multiple times without leaving a message
can disrupt our phone lines and prevent other patients from
reaching us or leaving voicemails.
By utilizing the online booking system, we hope to make it easier
for you to schedule your appointments and allow our front staff
to focus on more urgent matters.
For non-urgent inquiries, we kindly ask that you contact us after
10:30 AM to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner.
