Just felt like doing one of these. Nothing is more poplar than me sharing my meals on stories 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not showing too many portion sizes becuse tbh it’s completely different based on my activity, mood and hormones. And I have never been a fan of telling clients how much to eat.

If you’re eating good quality food that truly nourishes you, you’ll figure out how much you need once you learn to listen to your body.

Manifested a forest in my backyard 🌳🌿

You get to choose. You don’t have to follow the crowd. But it’s not easy to tune out the noise and tune into yourself.

For years, I thought the goal was to have what everyone around me was striving for. I saw a certain “dream life,” living in a city. When I finally quieted the shoulds and got honest with myself, it wasn’t what I wanted. (No judgement—just soul alignment.)

Once you learn how to release all that and connect to your higher self, it becomes clear: what you want, who you are at your core, and how you can start collaborating with the universe to bring your dreams to life.

What’s one thing you’re calling into your life? Maybe you’re aren’t sure, you just know it’s “not this.”
