Six years sober, and I can see just how much alcohol cost me in terms of my health, my intuition and the life I was meant to live.

When I cut out alcohol, I wasn’t trying to make a statement. In fact, I kept really quiet about it to avoid uncomfortable conversations. I did it when I was really sick, and always thought I would reintroduce it when I felt better. And that never happened. I never wanted to.

I’ve never really share what happened AFTER I stopped drinking. I kept pretty quiet about it for a long time while I sorted through my feelings and the massive shifts I was experiencing. I didn’t want to seem preachy or judgy—it was just MY choice. But I know a lot of you are meant to hear the full story.

I’m sharing how to:
• Know what you truly want and cut out the things you didn’t realize you hated
• Understand the anxiety-alcohol connection
• Reclaim your most valuable resource

Just felt like doing one of these. Nothing is more poplar than me sharing my meals on stories 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not showing too many portion sizes becuse tbh it’s completely different based on my activity, mood and hormones. And I have never been a fan of telling clients how much to eat.

If you’re eating good quality food that truly nourishes you, you’ll figure out how much you need once you learn to listen to your body.
