Looking for high school students who need volunteer hours this summer! ☀️

Come spend an hour at Algoma Manor playing games, chatting, and making memories with our residents. Whether it’s cards, board games, bingo, or just spending time together, your visit can make someone’s day. ❤️

Please note that the Pine Unit at Algoma Manor has declared a respiratory outbreak.

We have implemented outbreak protocols to limit traffic in the home and prevent the spread of illness. Universal masking is now in effect on the Pine Unit. General visitors are not permitted on Pine at this time. Designated caregivers can continue to visit, however we ask that you do not visit if you are feeling unwell. Hand sanitizer is located throughout the home for use by all.

The unit nurse will notify you directly if your loved one develops symptoms. In addition, we have begun implementing automated mass communication within the home to provide more efficient updates to families. Main contacts for residents on the Pine Unit should receive an automated phone call with this information from 705-806-5360.

They are so excited to share their crafts with everyone on June 16th at the Manor from 2-3:30!

And of course no crafting is complete without a little ice cream break!😉
