I want to share some key insights from James Clear’s Atomic Habits that can support you in staying consistent with your goals.

The central idea is that small, consistent actions compound over time to create significant change. Here are a few practical strategies you can begin applying immediately:
• Start Small – Focus on manageable improvements. For example, begin with five push-ups a day before building toward a full workout routine.
• Habit Stacking – Attach a new habit to something you already do. For instance: “After I brush my teeth, I will drink a glass of water.”
• Shape Your Environment – Design your surroundings so that good habits are easy and bad habits are difficult.
• Identity-Based Habits – Focus on becoming the type of person who embodies the change, rather than only pursuing an outcome.

Research shows it takes an average of 66 days for a habit to become automatic—similar to brushing your teeth. The key is consistency, not perfection. Missing a day is not failure; progress comes from returning to the habit as soon as possible.
