Dear Patients!

Our clinic welcomes you for in-person visits.

Please be respectful and wear a face mask to keep our staff safe.

To minimize exposure to the virus, we ask that only one person is in the room at a time (unless it is a minor)

Always call clinic ahead if you are coming with any COVID19 symptoms so that we can triage you appropriately.

We are experiencing higher than normal volumes and we appreciate your patience.

Reception area is temporarily closed in light of recent Public Health guidelines and we kindly ask that you wait outside/in your car until a room is available for you.

Our doctors and administrative staff are working extra hard to keep everyone safe and healthy. We kindly ask that you are polite and respectful to our admin staff during the process. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone.

As a separate point, please support local businesses during these challenging times. Order from your favourite restaurant, write good Google review, recommend your favourite business to your friends/family, shop local. Please eat heathy, stay fit and focused.

A big thank you to for donating much needed face shields as part of personal protective equipment to our clinic.

Many clinics have closed their doors due to lack of PPE. Donations such as these, allow us to meet healthcare demands of today's society.

Mack Media Inc changed their production from large format printing to making face shields for medical community.

You are now able to speak and consult with one of our doctors from comfort of your home. Telephone and Telemedicine consultations are available 7 days a week. You can speak with us even of your health card has expired and even if you don't have a valid health card!

Of course, you are always welcome to see us in person. However, if you are experiencing cough/fever/shortness of breath and/or travelled recently, please call us first.

1. Keep hand sanitizer at the entrance of your home. Sanitize hands immediately upon entering your home. This will avoid further contamination.
2. Wipe your cell phone with alcohol wipes. Cell phone is cesspool of viruses and bacteria. Easiest way to wipe your phone is with alcohol wipes. Unlike hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes are readily available in all pharmacies. Please be respectful and don’t panic buy all supplies. Alcohol wipes are much needed for our diabetic patients who tests their blood glucose daily.
3. Avoid paying in cash. Cash currency is full of bacteria and viruses and passes many hands daily. Use credit card or Interact tap options. Please do not touch point-of-sale RF terminals with your card! It is sufficient to bring it close enough for transaction to take place.
4. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching face. Use paper towels to turn off faucets. Always cover your cough and avoid large gatherings. If you can work from home, work from home!
5. Shaking hands should be avoided, as is greeting kiss
6. Check on your elderly parents/grandparents/neighbours. Ensure they have enough food and supplies, including medicine.
7. Ensure proper nutrition (rich in Vitamin C, D and zinc). This will help your immune system.
8. If you have recently travelled and are sick, please stay home and call Telehealth or your doctor’s office for proper triage.
9. It is extremely important to wash your hands after you have used gas station, ATM, gym, using grocery cart etc.
10. Support your local economy. Small businesses, restaurants are going through difficult times at the moment. Order take-out/delivery and shop local.
