Genna Kontos has a passion for enhancing athletic performance and promoting injury recovery. She has extensive experience in high-performance sports, working with professional athletes across various disciplines, soon pursuing her Masters in Physical Therapy.
She combines evidence-based approaches and personalized patient care to optimize wellness and foster both physical and mental resilience through soft tissue techniques, structured rehabilitation programs and mobilizations.

Genna is available Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-6pm at the Richmond Hill location.
