2025 has been filled with more highs and lows than I can remember in previous years. As always I reflect on the highest highs as without the lows I couldn’t appreciate them or even achieve them. The lows remain the greatest measuring stick of success for me.
This year I have gained a lot of insight into my support systems. People come and people go , this is a natural cycle, but the ones that remain are and should be the focus. I know who my tribe is and for that I will always be grateful. ❤️

My take aways for 2025

💕It may never get easier but the challenge is what stokes the fire
💕Celebrating the wins can only happen when you have felt failure
💕Having people who get you is a gift money can’t buy
💕Nothing is forever so don’t focus on what isn’t, focus on what is!
💕There is always another way!
💕Being authentic is freeing!
💕Laughter can make anything better! (Ask Sabrina + Jel)
💕Early mornings make me a better person
💕As always gratitude feeds my soul. I am aware of what I have and forever I am thankful.
