Most of us are carrying more tension, stress, and nervous system overload than we realize.

This workshop is a space to finally let some of that go. 🌿

Through breathwork, gentle yoga, myofascial release, yin/restorative practice, and guided self-reflection, we’ll help the body unwind and the nervous system settle.

Hey friends,

The trance of unworthiness is one of the biggest barriers to showing yourself care.
But, if you're willing to attend to yourself in little ways, repeatedly, then the behaviour communicates your value to YOU.
Choosing to pause, nourish yourself, or acknowledge your experience allows you to find your inner compass. When you feel stable inside, you're less likely to be pulled into the drama or stories that others have for/about you.

The holiday season elicits a range of responses for people. Why not experiment with showing yourself such kindness that others will see and be inspired by it? In my experience, showing myself kindness implicitly helps others realize that they deserve it too...
