Most of us are carrying more tension, stress, and nervous system overload than we realize.
This workshop is a space to finally let some of that go. 🌿
Through breathwork, gentle yoga, myofascial release, yin/restorative practice, and guided self-reflection, we’ll help the body unwind and the nervous system settle.
You may notice:
