For a long time, I believed that exhaustion was just part of caring for others.
After 17 years in caregiving and support work, I now know that burnout isn’t a badge of honour, it’s a sign that the body has been ignored for too long.
I’ve created something I wish I had when I needed support most.
This January, I’m offering a private, one-on-one program for PSWs and caregivers who feel emotionally and physically depleted, yet still feel guilty slowing down.
This is not therapy and it is not medical or psychological treatment.
It is a spiritually grounded support space focused on awareness, reflection, and self-care practices that help you reconnect with yourself and your body.
Over 4 weeks, we gently explore:
• Listening to the body
• Releasing emotional weight
• Boundaries in giving and receiving
• Creating sustainable self-care without guilt
This work is done one-on-one only, to honour privacy, safety, and individual needs.
