It's back! Our Yoga in the Park will return this summer, starting Saturday, June 14th, 9am-10am.

Start your summer Saturdays off right with some FREE yoga. After yoga, make sure to stop by downtown for a morning refreshment or some shopping! ☕🛍

Rachel Crandall-Crocker wanted to be seen…to be celebrated. There was too much violence in her community. Rachel is a trans woman. She wanted her community to be seen and celebrated.

On March 31, 2010, Rachel created the International Day of Transgender Visibility. It is a global day of celebration.

It is a day to be seen and celebrated for Two Spirit, trans gender and non-binary people.

Why? Because all people want to be seen and be able to live freely in their gender identity (how we feel inside of ourselves) and gender expression (how we show our identity to the world).

I am honoured to be part of this event.

Please join us November 20 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the St.Catharines Public Library for an afternoon of self-care in recognition of Transgender Day of Remembrance.

We’ll have a variety of activities, resources and refreshments.
