Team Bfit had a great time participating this past Saturday at the Rankin run here at Brock. It was great to see so many people out from the community supporting such a great cause. We can't wait for next year!

The Bfit Centre is excited to launch the Fit to Care program for caregivers 55+!

In collaboration with the Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO), our weekly group sessions will introduce participants to a variety of movement activities, social connections, and community resources to support the health and wellbeing of caregivers in our community!

Fit to Care will run on Wednesday afternoons from 1-2:30pm, from June 4th to August 6th, 2025 at the Canada Games Park (2021 Canada Games Way, Thorold, ON).

As part of the "LINCubator", Brock University's incubation program for early-stage startups, student Cyrus Kiani is looking for feedback from seniors about their experience with home maintenance services. The results from this project will be used to identify maintenance solutions that support the Niagara community.

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to the Niagara Pumphouse and program lead, Dayna, for the amazing art workshops delivered to Bfit members during the month of October! We were thrilled to see the creativity and talent of everyone who participated.

Last week, our incredible programs lead, Dayna, wrapped up a fantastic series of private art workshops at the Brock Functional Inclusive Training Centre 🎨 Over four weeks, participants explored a range of artistic mediums, with each session offering something new to try. The creativity and engagement were truly inspiring, and we’re thrilled with the amazing results!
