Our residents alongside their friends and family sat down together for a waffle buffet lunch this afternoon. It didn’t take long for the room to fill with conversations, laughter, and everyone enjoying a great meal together.
A big thank you to our kitchen staff for preparing another wonderful lunch, and to our volunteers for helping make it a success. Your support is greatly appreciated!

This afternoon was our monthly birthday celebrations to honor some of our amazing residents. The room was filled with laughter, smiles, and wonderful company as we celebrated these special individuals and the joy they bring to Chateau each day.

Armchair travel today took us to El Salvador, where we listened to a team from Shelter Helps share their experiences building homes for those in need. Along the way, we enjoyed delicious pupusas and some refreshing hibiscus tea. A big Thank you to the team for providing the snacks and giving a great presentation!

What a spectacular day yesterday at our Wedding Bells Tea!
The atrium was abuzz as we enjoyed over 66 dresses beautifully displayed and modeled in our fashion show, while sipping tea and eating delicious treats.
And thank you to our 3 gentlemen residents who escorted the ladies as they modeled dresses from 1913-2024!
A huge thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers, and guests! We couldn’t have put this spectacular event on without each of you!

Happy International Nurses Day!

We have the privilege of celebrating Dori, as not only our General Manager but also our site nurse.
Her dedication to person centred care makes Chateau a wonderful place for our residents to live, and we are so thankful for her great leadership of our healthcare staff as well.

It was wonderful to celebrate mothers on Friday with our Mother's Day Buffet!
