Hi! I’ve been absent on social media, focusing on the day to day work in my practice

Every day I’ve been like “oh no! I haven’t posted any content in a while!”, and then I remind myself that I am allowed to experience different seasons and accept the change in rhythm. Winter has been a very inward experience for me and I can’t wait to share more with you this Spring!

Combining science, art, and folklore, join us this November for a 6 week virtual creative arts group that will delve into the teachings of the seasons, and how we can tune into and align our bodies with the seasonal changes

🍂 ❄️ We’ll focus on the darkness of Autumn and Winter, and explore what it means to be dormant and introspective, normalizing natural rhythms

We’ll learn ways to express & create when we can’t seem to find our light 💡

We’ll connect with others from the comfort of our own cozy spaces 💛
