Stress, conflict, and economic strain are taking a growing toll on Ontario families — and for many men, reaching out for help can feel impossible.
That’s changing with the launch of Men’s Counselling Link, a new provincial service from 211 Ontario and Family Service Ontario (FSO). ☎️

By dialing 2-1-1, men can access free, confidential, and judgment-free counselling 24/7 — connecting them with trained clinicians who can help them navigate anger, relationship challenges, or harmful behaviour before it turns into a crisis. Men can also be referred to ongoing counselling (virtual or in-person) and connected to other supports like food assistance, employment programs, or income aid — addressing the daily pressures that can contribute to conflict or stress.

👜💜 Fill-A-Purse Campaign is Back!

This holiday season, we’re coming together to support women and girls who are in need, fleeing violence, or experiencing homelessness.

How you can help:

1️⃣ Gather a new or gently used purse, bag, or backpack
2️⃣ Fill it with essentials like hygiene items, warm accessories, skincare, and a little note of encouragement

📍 Drop-off Locations:
Thunder Bay: NAN Main Office – on or before Dec. 12 at 5PM
Timmins: NAN Timmins Office – Dec. 3, 9AM-5PM only

Every donated bag = 1 ballot to win a prize ✨
