🎀 Barbells for B***s is back this October! 🎀

Shane and I will be accepting donations at the front desk for this amazing annual event, hosted by Superior CrossFit, that combines a fun workout with raising money for breast cancer awareness and research.

Over the years, Barbells for B***s has helped raise more than $10,000 for the Northern Cancer Fund — keeping all funds right here in Northwestern Ontario. 🙌

👉 The workout is “Grace” — 30 Clean & Jerks for time (or for fun!)�Don’t worry — it can be modified for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Everyone can join in!

📅 Date: Saturday, October 25th, 2025�🕙 Time: 10:00 am (heats throughout the morning)�📍 Location: Superior CrossFit

✨ Registration is by donation, with every dollar going directly to the Northern Cancer Fund.
�✨ Participants are encouraged to wear pink in support of breast cancer awareness.
